Introducing PhD candidate Anne Mulder
Anne Mulder started her PhD at Leiden University and LUBEC in October 2026.
Anne graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a research master's degree in Clinical and Developmental Psychopathology. Her PhD project will focus on network-informed treatment for people with somatic symptom disorder. The bridge between science and clinical practice is what makes the project especially valuable to her.
Anne is fascinated by the connection between the body and mind and is therefore really looking forward to being part of the Mind-Body Interface team within NSMD. She is supervised by Antoinette van Laarhoven and Bart Verkuil.
