Introducing GIOS Renee Isken
Renee Isken obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Health Care Psychology at Radboud University in Nijmegen. In 2016, she started working at Mental Care Group, a large national mental health organization specializing in the treatment of common mental disorders.

During this period, she obtained her registration as a health care psychologist, and she is currently enrolled in the four-year post-master’s program to become a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. As part of this research, she will use single-case experimental designs to test the effectiveness of network-informed treatment in individuals with somatic symptom disorder and comorbid conditions. Throughout the process, she will be supervised by Reinout Wiers and collaborate with other members of the consortium.
